Data Deletion

What is stored?

Coltivio stores only the data you enter yourself in the app: farm data, animal data, field data, treatment entries, and your email address as an account identifier.

Delete account and data in the app

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the mobile app:

1. Open the Coltivio app
2. Navigate to My Farm
3. Tap delete
4. Select Delete account
5. Enter the farm name to confirm
6. Tap Delete farm

All your data will be irreversibly deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you don't have access to the app, you can request the deletion of your account by email:

Please provide the email address of your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
